🔒 Privacy Policy – Face AI

This privacy policy applies to the Face AI app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by IMMA MOLINA (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Commercial service. This service is intended for use "AS IS."

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include, for example:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (IP address)
• The pages or features of the Application that you use, the time and date of your usage, and the duration of time spent
• The operating system and version you use on your mobile device

The Service Provider may use the information you provide to contact you from time to time with important updates, required notices, or promotional content.

For a better user experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information (such as email address or account details if you create an account). The information will be retained by the Service Provider and used as described in this privacy policy.

User Content (Uploaded Selfies)

The Application allows you to upload selfies in order to generate AI-based style transformations and character avatars.

• Uploaded selfies are processed securely and only for the purpose of generating styled outputs.
• Selfies are not shared with third parties except as necessary to provide the service (e.g., AI processing providers or cloud hosting).
• All uploaded selfies are automatically deleted after processing is complete.

Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data may be periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and services.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process
• When disclosure is necessary to protect rights, user safety, or investigate fraud
• With trusted service providers who work on behalf of the Service Provider and adhere to this Privacy Policy

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as available on your mobile device or via the app marketplace.

Data Retention Policy

• The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter.
• If you would like the Service Provider to delete User Provided Data that you submitted (including uploaded photos), please contact them at ubacnet@gmail.com and the request will be processed within a reasonable time.

Children's Privacy

• The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13.
• The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
• Parents and guardians are encouraged to monitor their children's app usage.
• If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact the Service Provider so it can be removed.
• In some jurisdictions, users must be at least 16 years old to consent to data processing (or parental consent may be required).

Security

The Service Provider values your trust and is committed to safeguarding your information. Reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural measures are in place to protect the information processed and maintained.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Application is considered acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
